Responsibilities:
Transporting clients in the community using our company vehicles

Independently instructing individuals in community-based activities
Creating lesson plans
Following activity schedules
Participating in interesting, growth-oriented community outings with program attendees.

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and good driving record

Hours: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday (3-4 days per week).
Shifts may vary up to 28 hours per week.
Join our team as a Community Support Professional in our Licensed Day Program, where you will provide direct support to adults with disabilities in a structured, facility-based environment. In this role, you will help individuals develop daily living skills, participate in engaging activities such as arts and crafts, and work towards personal goals in a safe and supportive environment.

Attend IDT meetings and other meetings as directed by the VP.
Ensure communication with family members regarding the individuals health and overall well-being.
Ensure internal audits from QA, as well as the VP of Operations, are completed and ensure compliance with Eihab Human Service policy and OPWDD regulatory statutes.
Ensure incident reporting procedures are followed.
Immediately inform the VP of all incidents and issues with staffing individuals and any other concerns as they occur.

Ensure Program Managers complete medical books, personal allowance books, recreational activities, fire drills, clothing needs and purchases as needed for the individuals.

Our client, a highly regarded and decorated Drug & Alcohol Treatment Center in Philadelphia, is actively seeking BILINGUAL Counselors & Therapists.
SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Provide assessment services as needed; determine proper level of care.
* Provide aftercare planning services
* Maintain an active caseload of patients.
* Deliver therapeutic services including: individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
* Maintain required patient records including treatment plans, group and individual progress notes, and case management notes.
CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
* MUST BE BILINGUAL FLUENTLY SPEAKING ENGLISH AND SPANISH
* MUST BE BACHELOR'S LEVEL OR HIGHER
* Minimum of one year experience working with mental health & psychiatric populations.
* Experience must include one (1) year of direct work experience with the psychiatric, mental health and/or co-occurring patients (MH & ADD).
* ASAM certification or training is a plus
* Valid Driver's License
* Covid Vaccinated
* Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 126), State Criminal Background
* Must be able to produce valid medical/health documents including: a physical and tuberculosis test

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
This role involves planning and leading recreation and leisure activities for individuals with developmental disabilities. The employee creates structured classes and events to promote healthy, enjoyable experiences. Activities are supervised and organized under the direction of the Residential Service Director and Administrator.
CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
*A bachelor's degree such as art, dance, music or physical education is desired. A current, valid driver's license is required. Related experience is desired.
*Minimum of 1 - 2 years' experience in therapeutic/counseling related roles.
*Knowledge of the principle of physical education, recreation, and leisure activities and their therapeutic value, as it relates to intellectually developmentally disabled individuals.
*Share in the development of activities that are developmental in regard to the individual's functioning level and skill abilities.
*Plan, develop, implement, organize and supervise activities of team and individual activities.
*Facilitate community resources to participate for the individuals who reside in our facility.
*Assists in planning and implementing special events and off campus trips.
*Assists in the review and evaluation of the standards and needs of the various activities
*Assists with individuals Activities of Daily Living as needed.
