They will be expected to work within the policies and procedures of Family & Community Services and work toward the maintenance of excellent service standards and professional practices. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. To assist in the efficient running of the facility and its therapeutic programming and other general duties associated. 2. While utilizing trauma-informed care, assist clients upon shelter entrance with required paperwork, continued assistance throughout their shelter stay by providing supplemental case management, and assist in communication and coordination with various agencies to secure appointments and resources. 3.
