This role combines creative production (graphic design) with trade and shopper marketing operational support. The Trade Marketing Junior Manager will assist with the creation of compelling visual content, coordinate display and sample shipments, support shopper marketing programs, and collaborate closely with cross functional teams including Marketing, Trade, Logistics, Sales, and Design. Key Responsibilities:
Creative Production (Graphic Design)
* Create engaging graphics for digital and print media including corrugated displays, posters, aisle stoppers, digital banners, etc.
* Ensure all visual output aligns with brand standards and design consistency.
* Collaborate with the Design Team on seasonal and program‑based projects.
Trade & Shopper Marketing Support
* Coordinate distribution and shipment tracking of displays, samples, and event materials using BOLs and UPS systems.
* Maintain shipment tracking for sampling events to ensure timely arrival.
* Support preparation of weekly reports with plants in Mexico and the logistics team regarding sample forecasts.
* Manage POP Shop platform updates, vendor communication, and display information.

* Work with category management team to gather program performance results.
Operational & Administrative Duties
* Provide POs for displays, samples, freight, and supplies as needed.
* Process, code, and enter department invoices.
* Manage budgets related to activations and sampling.
* Maintain and track warehouse inventory in partnership with Trade Marketing Coordinator.
* Request quotes for displays and giveaways.
* Support trade shows, local events, and nationwide activations.
* Assist with manual work in office/warehouse or at activation sites.
Qualifications
* 1-3 years of experience in graphic design/marketing operations.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Overview
This national leadership role serves as the key supplier point of contact and subject matter expert for SGWS Leadership and assigned supplier leadership for both National Retail Sales (NRS) and National Accounts On-premise (NAON) channels. Primary Responsibilities
• Initiate, lead, create, and implement the CBP process including planning for programs, pricing, and promotions at National, Regional, and State levels for the assigned supplier.
• Lead creator and supplier collaborator for SGWS Leadership top-to-top presentations, Ways of Working (WoW)maintenance, contract compliance, critical supplier meetings, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR)s for both the NRS and NAON channels.

• Support contractual compliance for the inventory of assigned suppliers for both the NRS and NAON channels.

• Serve as the national supplier contact for support, facilitation, and implementation of all digital enablement initiatives for the market for both the NRS and NAON channels.
• Educate, advocate, and facilitate supplier adoption of SG Proof, including eCommerce and SG Proof Marketing solutions to maximize results of their brand marketing strategies and tactical activities for both the NRS and NAON channels.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related fi eld; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
7+ years of supplier/distributor management experience in the wine & spirits industry
Prior experience managing cross-functional teams, and relationship management
Understanding of insights and analytics to drive customer-focused growth plans
A clear understanding of channel management, pricing, and designing and deploying marketing plans

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for managing and strategically growing SGWS's business through influential leadership.
Primary Responsibilities
Accountable for achieving revenue, margin, and gross profit targets as set by the Sales Director.

Overview
The BDM roles' primary responsibilities (80%) will be working in the market with SGWS Sales Consultants to educate, train & condition teams on the SGS outlet standards within a defined territory. BDMs will dedicate 20% of the time a week on reporting, follow-ups, meetings, and performance management. They will work closely with the market Trade Development Team, Senior BDM Region Directors & SGS State team.

Embed, Educate & Condition Market Sales Teams on the Steps to the SGWS BDM Sales Call, providing expertise, playbooks & supporting materials to support SGS Growth.
Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) to the local market Sales Teams on SGS 6Ps & Brand Standards.
Accountable for SGS KPI Execution through SET 2.0 & NSV delivery at the local market level.
Manage execution of SGS 6Ps brand standards by utilizing BDM Scorecard.
Inspect & maintain SGS brands on shelf or backbar, actively merchandise to SGS standards, and ensure existing SGS distribution is in proper stock, correct position and placement.
Leverage established customer relationships to promote SGS priorities in collaboration with SGWS Sales Consultant and in alignment with local & national marketing calendars and available POS within execution guidance.

**Overview**
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for managing and strategically growing SGWS's business through influential leadership.

+ Accountable for achieving revenue, margin, and gross profit targets as set by the Sales Director.

**Overview**
The BDM roles' primary responsibilities (80%) will be working in the market with SGWS Sales Consultants to educate, train & condition teams on the SGS outlet standards within a defined territory. Sales Rep Management
Market work should consist of 70% of the week. The Sales Director should spend approximately 3-4 day per week in the market with sales assigned sales reps
Ensure new hires are onboarded properly and be an assist with questions and account calls to get them off the ground
Work with new sales reps in the field weekly as necessary to provide on-the-job sales training and assist with both existing account transitions and new account generation

SUMMARY The Spirits and Wine Chain AccountManager (CAM) identifies customer targets, develops a process to maintain visibility with and builds relationships with decision makers to foster future business opportunities. The CAM develops future profitable sales, including matching new business opportunities with current service capacity and focuses on achieving significant long-term, sustained and measurable business results. For the assigned accounts, the CAM monitors and forecasts inventory, participates in merchandising and is active in all store resets. This position works with other stakeholders to ensure that team meets customer and company objectives.
