Rob Fauber became President and Chief Executive Officer of Moody’s Corporation on January 1, 2021 and was elected to the Board of Directors effective October 22, 2020. Mr. Fauber joined Moody’s in 2005 and has held multiple leadership roles at Moody’s. Until his appointment as CEO, he was Moody’s Chief Operating Officer and drove strategic initiatives across the company. He served as President of Moody’s Investors Service from 2016 to 2019 and was Head of Moody’s Investors Service’s Global Commercial Group from 2013 to 2016, overseeing relationship management, product development, and strategy for the rating agency. Mr. Fauber has also served as Head of Moody’s Corporate Development. Prior to Moody’s, he held roles in alternative investments, corporate strategy & business development, and investment banking at Citi. Mr. Fauber earned his B.A. in economics from the University of Virginia and his M.B.A. from the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University. He and his wife have two children.

LeAnn Rummel joined Cetera Financial Institutions (formerly PrimeVest Financial Services) in 1992 and currently serves as president and CEO, where she focuses on all aspects of the business. Prior to this role, she served as national sales director, where she oversaw all sales functions, including financial institution relationship management, sales support, product management, Rep on Demand, representative recruitment, sales supervision and strategic partner relations. Additionally, she leads the firm’s Executive Committee and acts as president of Cetera’s insurance agencies.

Kara Raiguel is a President and Chief Executive Officer at Gen Re and VP at National Indemnity Company and is based in Stamford, Connecticut. She has worked as Assistant Vice President at ACE and actuary at CIGNA CORP. Kara attended Ursinus College between 1990 and 1994.

Seth P. Bernstein was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of AllianceBernstein (AB) in 2017. In 2018, he was appointed Senior Executive Vice President of Equitable Holdings. Prior to his appointment at AB, Bernstein had a distinguished 32-year career at JPMorgan Chase, most recently as managing director and global head of Managed Solutions & Strategy at J.P. Morgan Asset Management. In this role, he was responsible for the management of all discretionary assets within the Private Banking client segment. Among other roles, Bernstein served as managing director and global head of Fixed Income & Currency for 10 years, concluding in 2012. Prior to that, he held the position of chief financial officer at JPMorgan Chase’s Investment Management and Private Banking division. Bernstein holds a BA in political science and economics from Haverford College, and is a member of the Board of Managers of Haverford College. Location: New York.
