The Thermocouple Assembler processes Magnesium Oxide (MgO) material into finished and semi-finished product via various machine operations and assembly techniques. Please note that extensive travel, with several weeks spent on-site at the project jobsite, is required._** **Key Responsibilities:** Project Execution & Management + Lead startup, commissioning, and warranty processes for Carrier air- and water-cooled chillers in newly constructed data centers. + Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring schedules and budgets are met. + Track and review key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor project success. + Conduct work in progress meetings with stakeholders, addressing design, material delivery, and labor schedules. + Ensure all projects meet or exceed booked profit margin goals. + Work with project coordination to order and track all chiller parts needing to be ordered for warranty execution. Stakeholder & Customer Coordination + Collaborate with sales, prime contractors, and end-users to fulfill project scope and deliverables. + Serve as the primary liaison representing Carrier between the customer, commissioning authority (CxA), general contractor, and subcontractors, ensuring smooth communication and project progression. + Provide professional, timely resolution for customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction with all aspects of project execution. Technical Expertise & Compliance + Interpret and apply mechanical, electrical, and architectural drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications. + Ensure adherence to industry codes, standards, and project specifications. + Working knowledge of Building Automation System (BAS) integration, ensuring proper controls functionality. + Manage the change order process, preventing scope creep and maintaining project integrity.
