Food Service Crew Member Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and an American citizen or Green Card holder. You must be willing and able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, for 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks. Employees must be able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking.
Under Federal Law and the Department of Transportation, we are required to pre-employment drug test all shipboard employees which includes testing for Marijuana and other controlled substances. To provide safe and conscientious service to our guests, the consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited. All shipboard employees also have emergency and safety functions essential to the safe operation of the ship that are included in your training.

The Complex is made up of nine venues, the largest being the renowned 22,000-seat First Horizon Coliseum, which has a storied history of hosting prestigious ACC and NCAA basketball championships, and a concert history featuring legendary artists like Paul McCartney, Garth Brooks, and Elvis Presley, as well as today's biggest artists like Drake, Bad Bunny, and Taylor Swift.
The Complex also includes the 167,000-square foot Special Events Center, encompassing three exhibition halls, a 4,500-seat mini-arena, and eight meeting rooms. Additionally, there's White Oak Amphitheatre, Piedmont Hall, the Novant Health Fieldhouse, Greensboro Aquatic Center, The Terrace, ACC Hall of Champions, and the 300-seat Odeon Theatre. As one of the most actively booked facilities in the country, the Greensboro Complex annually hosts over 1,100 events. Its extraordinary flexibility and reputation have earned it worldwide acclaim among promoters, producers, event planners, and patrons alike.
Responsibilities
Execute assigned general labor tasks efficiently and effectively.
Lead in the conversion of spaces to suit the requirements of diverse events.
Set up and dismantle chairs, tables, stages, air walls, and any other equipment as necessary.
Ensure thorough cleaning of event areas after each event concludes.
Stay updated on operational schedules and event calendars, adapting to any changes.
Prioritize safety protocols and adhere to them consistently during job execution.
Other duties and responsabilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Flexibility to work varying schedules based on event demands, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Capacity to follow and implement basic instructions effectively.
Capability to engage in general labor tasks, involving heavy lifting.
Physical stamina to frequently stand, walk, talk, hear, use hands for manual tasks, and reach with arms. Occasional requirements include climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crawling, crouching, tasting, smelling, and sitting.
Ability to lift heavy objects regularly.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as dictated by the event schedule.
Proficiency in reading and speaking English may be necessary to fulfill job duties, such as communicating with English-speaking customers or colleagues, or understanding equipment manuals written in English.

What You'll Do
As a Crew Member, you'll support your restaurant's success by joining a team that's motivated, supported, and empowered to do their best work. You'll be trusted to:
Greet guests making eye contact, smiling and answering questions about the menu
Accurately input orders into the POS system, including modifications and special requests
Process cash, credit card and other forms of payment, ensuring correct change is given
Suggest additional items or combos to customers based on promotions and their orders
Maintain a balanced cash drawer, following proper cash handling procedures
Resolving customer complaints with respect and processing refunds as needed
Assemble food orders according to specifications, including packaging and condiments
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including counters, register, dining room, restroom and exterior
Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations and standards
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
Count cash drawers and follow proper daily cash handling procedures
What You Bring
