Barista Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and cheerfully. Thorough knowledge of our menu and ingredients including allergens in order to answer customer questions about our products. Maintain cleanliness in all front of house work areas including pastry counters, coffee and sandwich making stations, indoor and outdoor customer dining areas and restroom. Restock pastries and other supplies throughout the day such as napkins, pastry bags, boxes, utensils, cream and sugar, cups and dishes, etc. Wipe down and sanitize dining tables when customers leave, and refresh sanitizer bins and empty trash cans according to schedule. Assist with all cleaning duties as stated on opening, closing and weekly checklists. Barista Requirements: Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred.
