Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service & Cash Handling:
Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections and questions.
Accurately take orders using a POS register system and handle all forms of payment.
Make change, process credit card payments, and ensure end-of-shift cash counts are accurate.
Food Preparation & Safety:
Prepare and serve hot and cold food items with care, attention to detail, and in accordance with company recipes.
Follow all portion control, food quality, and handling procedures.
Maintain proper food temperatures and avoid cross-contamination through safe handling practices.
Monitor and rotate food items to reduce waste and ensure freshness.
Cleanliness & Sanitation:
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house, including dining areas, beverage stations, windows, and counters.
Wipe down equipment, sweep & mop floors, and ensure the guest environment is sanitary and always welcoming.
Adhere to all SNHD (Southern Nevada Health District) food safety standards, company hygiene policies, and cleaning schedules.
Teamwork & Communication:
Support fellow team members during busy times by sharing tasks and maintaining a positive attitude.
Communicate clearly and professionally with managers and coworkers to ensure smooth shift transitions.

Qualifications:
Must be at least 16 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions clearly
Able to operate a computerized register system
