About the Role:
The Lead Sterile Compounding Pharmacist, will be responsible for the oversight of sterile compounding operations in their designated Modular Cleanroom Suite, as well as acting as a subject matter expert in sterile compounding. You Will:
* Act as Designated Person at the discretion of the Sterile Compounding Manager, Pharmacist for USP 797 and USP 800
* Maintain and enforce proper aseptic technique and cleanroom standards
* Provide training and supervision to compounding and support personnel performing aseptic manipulations, pre-sterilization activities, visual inspection, labeling/packaging, materials/equipment preparation and movement
* Perform and accurately document compounding procedures, quality assurance/quality control checks, of compounded sterile preparations
* Review and approve materials prior to use in sterile compounding
* Oversee use of equipment to used in sterile compounding operations and monitor the compounding environment in conjunction with the maintenance team
* Oversee cleanroom workflow, daily logs and environmental monitoring procedures in conjunction with quality
* Manage sterile compounding pharmacists, technicians, and/or support personnel who are responsible for day-to-day compounding execution.
* Work closely with R&D Teams on the development and scale up of new compounded sterile preparations. Follow all safety, USP, BOP, and internal guidelines for the preparation of compounded medications
* Maintain a safety-first mindset and ensure precautions are taken in all compounding activities in accordance with USP 797 including when working with hazardous chemicals in accordance with USP and applicable laws
* When required, wear all personal protective equipment (PPE)
* Coordinate with the Pharmacist-in-charge (PIC) and/or Sterile Compounding Manager, Pharmacist for personnel, quality, compliance and regulatory matters
* Willingness to complete external training as required
You Have:
* 3 years of pharmacist experience
* 1+ years of pharmacist experience with experience in sterile compounding preferably compounding from nonsterile starting components Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
* Active Pharmacist License in State of employment (OH or AZ)
* Proficiency in USP 797 and 800 requirements and best practices.

Manage the successful onboarding and training for all new employees

Follow company cash policies to ensure minimal losses through theft or shortages

Shift Leader Requirements
Previous Shift Leader Experience
90-day completion of train the trainer course
Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Follow Smashburger uniform standards
Ability to follow all guidelines and procedures set forth by Smashburger, local, state, and federal employment regulations
Must successfully complete Smashburger training program
Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with restaurant management, front line employees and corporate support teams
People management skills to effectively select, assess, coach/counsel, develop, motivate, and lead restaurant teams
Excellent attention to detail
Proven time management, consistency, and organizational skills
Highly motivated, self-directed, and results driven
Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time and to move and lift boxes of food/ supplies up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work in high temperatures

Job Description
The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Shift Lead works alongside the Bakery Manager and team members to create the highest-quality cakes, a warm, welcoming environment and a superior guest experience. The Shift Lead shares in team leadership and collaborates with the Bakery Manager in driving sales and profitability, executing day-to-day responsibilities and ensuring that all aspects of the bakery operation comply with NbC standards. This role serves as an important carrier of the NbC culture to reinforce core values and bring our brand to life for our team members and guests.
Accountabilities/Duties:
Prioritizes the guest experience, models superior guest engagement and fosters a positive work environment. When not active in Shift Lead tasks, it is expected the Shift Lead is in position (GSR, Froster, ETC)
Partners with the Bakery Manager in leading all aspects of the guest experience, cake production, brand and merchandise presentation, and inventory control.
Supports the Bakery Manager in training team members to the highest of NbC standards. Leads by example.
Ensures NbC product, service, bakery environment and visual merchandising standards are consistently upheld and that all bakery operations adhere to food and health safety standards and NbC policies and procedures.
Assists the Bakery Manager in executing operational and administrative responsibilities, which may include cake production plans, productivity goal setting, supply ordering, sales and labor reporting.
Co-manages special-order fulfillment via web and email for individual guests and corporate accounts as well as large, complex orders and deliveries.
Co-facilitates the opening and closing of the bakery, including cash-drawer balancing and bank deposits.
Contributes to marketing strategy execution in the local community by helping to coordinate and participating in special, brand-building events.
Maintains hands-on knowledge of all bakery roles and steps in regularly to perform various responsibilities as business needs dictate.
Shift Lead must lead by example pertaining to all NbC policies.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring high food quality through awareness of the time food is held in warming stations. Ensuring food is being cooked to order, but not cooking more than necessary. Monitor produce freshness and prep, ticket times, and order accuracy. Perform routine temperature checks on food, oil, and equipment. Make sure food arrangement and portion sizes are correct.
Providing exceptional customer service. Perform routine dining room visits to check on guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and flow of service. Observe servers to make sure they are using proper counter, table, and phone service standards. Taking ownership of any guest complaints by apologizing first, then analyzing the situation, and compensating the guest in the proper manner
Maintain a clean and safe restaurant during your shift. Prevent cross-contamination of food. Make sure gloves are being worn when touching ready to eat food. Prep tables and cutting boards are kept clean and sanitized. Keep kitchen organized and free of clutter. Dining room tables and counter tops are being bussed and cleaned. Floor is kept swept and spills are mopped immediately.
Requirements:
