Barista/Cashier Hours: Monday to Friday, morning shifts. Wage: $18 - $20 per hour (based on experience) As a Food for Thought Cashier, you will greet customers, operate the cash register, while communicating effectively with customers and delivering an amazing service that is true to Food for Thought's high standards; help getting the café ready for customers' arrivals by preparing and re-stocking items. Training: Stone Creek Coffee provides extensive coffee training for all our Baristas. Compensation Structure: We offer a base pay of $12.00 an hour with an hourly tip rate with an average minimum of $7 per hour. Stone Creek Coffee is also dedicated to completing all Barista training within the first 60 days. Upon certification, all baristas receive a $0.50/hr increase. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon various factors, including an individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
