As a Crew Member, you'll:
Greet customers with a smile and ensure they have a positive experience.
Handle tasks like working the drive-thru one day and preparing fries the next.
Keep the restaurant clean, stocked, and ready for service.
Collaborate with your team to create a supportive and productive environment.
What We're Looking For
Strong interpersonal skills-you treat customers and coworkers respectfully.
Someone who notices the little things, like refilling supplies or stepping in when help is needed.
Ability to take direction well and are eager to learn new skills.
Willing to go the extra mile to fix problems and make things right.
The ability to stand and move for most (if not all) of your shift.
Occasional lifting of 25-50 pounds is required.
Comfortable with handling weather-related tasks, like taking out trash in the rain or working the drive-thru during summer.
Able to use a headset, cash register, and restaurant equipment while following company standards and safety guidelines.
Must be age 16 or older
