Education and Experience Experience as a barista or in a similar role in a coffee shop or café. Barista training or certification desirable. ServSafe Food Handler Certification or the ability to obtain within 30 days of employment. Skills and Abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in drink preparation and cleanliness. Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
