Barista Job Responsibilities: Provides consistently EXCELLENT customer service with a Cheerful, Friendly personality by communicating professionally, and respectfully with customers while working well with team members Accurately prepare and serve PJ's Coffee beverages and food products according to PJ's Coffee standards Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend menu items (coffee, pastries, etc.) to customers Have fun serving great coffee, beignets, and more!
