REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to respond to requests promptly and resolve issues quickly. Effective skills in problem solving, planning, staffing, and executing warehouse operations. Ability to lead a diverse workforce; to effectively develop employees, and communicate objectives. Available during non-standard hours, access to a cell phone, and able to respond to after hour emergencies.
