Great pay, full schedule. Always busy

Cons of working at Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center

Management is horrible. Sweeps everything under the rug and does not care about any exployee concerns or issues. Higher ups in certain offices are extremely lazy and do nothing to help out their staff. Staff habitually calls out or no shows and management does absolutely nothing about it because it simply does not affect them considering they don’t do anything throughout the day but sit on their phones at their desk. This company will run you through the mud and make you really hate waking up in the morning to go to work everyday.
