    Essential Duties of this Opportunity: The Regional Director is a key leadership position in Barnhart. The Regional Director has the unique role of connecting individual branches that have specific market requirements with the larger company that has common values and programs for success in growth nationally. Foster Barnhart culture and communicate company values. Lead Branches to success on the metrics and implementation of company initiatives. Promote a safety culture through risk management and compliance. Lead the branches to achieve training goals. Mentor the branch teams by fostering a collaborative problem-solving culture. The Regional Director reports to a Senior Vice President of Operations, SVP. The SVP provides counsel, access to Team resources and performance accountability to lead the branches to maturity. A mature Region has: healthy branches and others moving toward health; a people pipeline that includes several engineers, project managers, sales management; has $80-$100M in revenue that includes Crane Service, machinery moving, highway heavy haul, storage and heavy rigging (cool tools, gantry, slide system, Goldhofer, etc.). The market includes industrial facilities, construction contractors and commercial properties. Barnhart markets itself as a differentiator amongst industry competitors who seek to be low-cost providers. As a solution-based company, the need for seasoned, connected business leaders is critical. Preferred Experience: Leadership: developing a team and building a strong aligned culture with the company mission statement and core values. Financial: skills in leading your team to build a successful business plan and achieve success metrics. Project Management: experience in construction and/or industrial industries. Computer Software and Management Reporting: expertise in communicating metrics, processes, and enhancements. Mechanically inclined and a proven track record of success in rigging, lifting, fabrication, maintenance, or transportation execution. Previous leadership experience preferred.
