Responsibilities:
Maintains, troubleshoots, repairs, and installs electrical equipment and systems. Utilizing technical, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
Performs general maintenance duties
Work on projects throughout the entire facility running conduit, pulling wire, and connecting devices, using lifts and ladders.
Perform equipment repairs and similar duties that require no oversight or direction.
Uses complex electrical schematics and blueprints to troubleshoot and correct problems.
Displays positive attitudes and practices good work ethics that reflect the mission, philosophy, and goals of the company.
Provides excellent customer service.
Complete tasks in a timely manner and provide feedback.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5+ years related work experience as an Industrial or Commercial Electrician required
Knowledge in using hand tools, electrical meter, and testing equipment required
Efficient in sizing conductors, conduits and using NEC Code Book required
Experienced in handling low to high voltage up to 480 VAC required
Strong knowledge in troubleshooting of motor controls, drives, and electronic components required
Ability to interpret electrical prints and schematics preferred
Ability to install electrical equipment and circuit modification preferred
Ability to work in high elevation up to 80 ft. high required
Ability to lift and carry at least 90 pounds required.
Perform job responsibilities with integrity under minimal to no supervision required.

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician with hands-on experience in high-voltage systems, electrical equipment troubleshooting, and automation controls. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of 480V power systems, switchgear, PLCs, VFDs, motor controls, and industrial control panels. Perform wiring, terminations, and setup of control panels, PLC-based systems, and automation equipment.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards.

Qualifications

The Fire Protection Sprinkler Fitter Journeyman/Foreman works from Blueprints to determine types and placement of piping, valves, and heads to be installed for Fire Sprinkler Systems, primarily on commercial construction projects. This person is responsible for high-quality work and productivity. They will also be required to educate apprentices and establish good quality in their craftsmanship. TRAVEL OUTSIDE THE STATE IS REQUIRED.

NICET Licensing or other State Fire Sprinkler Certifications Are Required
Driver's License (Required)
Work Authorization (Required)
Fire Sprinkler Fitting: 4 Years (Preferred)
Willing to lift 50lbs and Work on a Ladder
Ability to Work in Shifts and/or Overtime
Good Numerical and Problem-Solving Skills
Essential Job Functions:
Responsible for installing Fire Sprinkler Systems according to the NFPA Codes
Experience with Steel and CPVC Pipe
Manage and Mentor Apprentices Daily
Read and Interpret Blueprints
Communicate with Local Inspectors
Coordinate Scheduling of project rough in and final inspections
Coordinate with other trades and general contractors
