Responsibilities Conduct skill and behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Oversee direct ABA therapy sessions provided by Behavior Technicians. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other team members to support generalization of skills. Document sessions and maintain compliance with insurance, BACB, and ethical standards.
