Responsibilities The Orion Systems Engineer (Cross Program Integration) will: Represent the Orion Program in cross program integration activities with other Artemis programs, such as Gateway and HLS, including creating Interface Control Documents (ICDs), integrating cross program data exchange, and integrating with design organizations and cross-functional teams Apply systems engineering principles to define multidisciplinary requirements and perform product development and integration Provide technical systems knowledge and expertise to Orion program milestones and reviews, and represent Orion at other Artemis program milestone reviews Utilize understanding of the NASA human spaceflight program life cycle to establish and support Orion system integration activities, such as defining architectural trade studies, defining mission concept of operations for future Artemis missions, and authoring and reviewing integrated technical and engineering documents Establish working relationships with stakeholders within Orion and within integrated Artemis programs, including NASA leads, system managers, commercial teammates, and international partners Perform other duties as required Qualifications This position is posted at multiple levels.
