Position Overview
The Plant Operator (Treater) is an entry-level role responsible for performing operational work related to daily work instructions, inspection, grading, treatment and materials. This Manufacturing team member operates the treating plant and water treatment system safely and proficiently.

How we will take care of you:

This position with the Duininck Construction team offers the opportunity to operate heavy equipment on a variety of earthwork and grading projects, contributing directly to high-quality project outcomes and safe, reliable operations.
The Role:
Safely operate a dozer to excavate, move, load, and grade earth, rock, gravel, and other materials.
Read grade stakes and work with grade checkers, lasers, or GPS systems to maintain correct grade.
Work closely with crew members and use hand signals to coordinate work and promote safe operations.
Perform daily equipment inspections, lubrication, and routine maintenance to ensure safe operating condition.
Report equipment repair or maintenance needs to the shop as required.
Keep equipment clean and prepare equipment for transport when needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
Follow supervisor instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.
Work Environment:
Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
Walk, bend, kneel, lift, stretch, and sit for extended periods.
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Regularly work extended or overtime hours depending on project needs.
Travel throughout Central & Western Minnesota, Northern Iowa, and the Eastern Dakotas.

What Success Looks Like:

Your Credentials:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or engineering is desired, Marketing/Business/MBA is preferred.
* 5-7 years of professional work experience in B2B product management.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
* Experience partnering with external (customers) and internal partners (engineering, operations, supply chain) in the development and management of new and existing products.
* Previous exposure to or experience working in a manufacturing environment.
* Successful track record of problem solving, idea generation, and project execution.
* Prior experience in residential and/or commercial fenestration industry preferred.
* Cross-functional leadership - ability to lead complex projects involving stakeholders across multiple functions and facilities.
