Scope: The CAD Designer will be responsible for developing, updating, and maintaining all company's CAD drawings. This role will ensure the accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards of all drawings. CAD Designer will support new capital projects and initiatives by designing new layouts and plans. This role will Develop and maintain drawings' naming convention, archival folders, revisions, and the overall administrative tasks required for upkeeping an organized CAD drawing system. Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities: Prepares and update all plant's machine and Line layout drawings to reflect all up to date changes and modifications. Collaboration with a cross functional team to present ideas for the best use of space. Works with utilities to create drawings of the infrastructure of the plant. Assists the warehouse with racking and traffic flow layouts. Support capital projects team to review and ensure accuracy of all new drawings such as construction drawings, electrical drawings, P&IDs, equipment layout, etc. Update existing drawings and double check measurements for accuracy. Develops and maintains a system to store, access and revise drawings. Creates, modifies and ensures that drawings are compliant with the required standards. Work closely with other departments and engineers. Report about the progress of the design development. Circulate the drawings to the design or construction team for their further review and upon review, integrate the received comments through issuance of reviewed drawings. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer Aided Drafting (CAD), Design or related technical degree. A minimum of three years' experience in computer-aided design and drafting (CAD) with ability to work with 2D and 3D models. Security Advocacy & Culture * Act as a global advocate for security by design, promoting awareness and adoption across diverse teams. * Build and support communities of practice and "security champion" programs in development teams. * Develop and deliver training, workshops, and playbooks to raise developer and data scientist awareness. * Translate complex security concepts into clear, actionable guidance for technical and non-technical audiences. * Partner with HR/Comms to run enterprise-wide security culture and awareness campaigns. JOB MISSION: As a Performance Sport Footwear Designer II with a focus on Golf, you will play a key role in shaping the future of New Balance performance footwear. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES: Lead the creation of fresh, performance-driven design language for golf and other sport categories. REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS 5+ years of experience in footwear design, with strong preference for performance categories; experience in golf or cleated footwear design is highly valued. Industrial Design or Product Design degree. A strong portfolio showcasing innovation, storytelling, and functional design solutions that merge performance and style. Deep understanding of athlete needs, sport-specific performance requirements, and consumer behavior - especially within the golf space. Strong Sole/Tooling design development experience. Excellent conceptual and visualization skills - ability to bring ideas to life through sketches, 3D modeling, renderings, and physical prototypes. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Gravity Sketch, Vizcom, or similar digital design tools. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and align cross-functional partners. Passion for innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning in footwear design.
