Job Description:
As a Material Handler, you will receive, identify, transport, store and deliver a wide variety of raw materials and manufactured/purchased parts for additional processing, assembly, machining, or direct shipments. You will also perform different roles: labeling, packing, and loading items for shipments according to specifications.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Receive parts/materials shipments from carriers, verify that the order is correct, complete all related paperwork, and electronically record transactions in SAP.
Verify and count all incoming stock prior to assigning location.
Perform all required transactions required to maintain a high level of inventory accuracy.
Prepare parts/machines for packing, pack per customer/industry requirements, and complete all related paperwork in preparation of shipment.
Locate and disburse parts to production areas based on production requirements.
Assist carriers with the loading of packages/crates to trucks.
Prepare UPS shipments and properly record in computer system.
Deliver and pick up parts/materials with company truck.
Must maintain an operator license for lift trucks and automobile.
Participate in daily inventory cycle counts.
Maintain all related records.
Assist in training and orientation of other material handlers and transferees.
Assist coordinator with movement of material and paperwork within manufacturing and purchasing departments.
Pull parts and deliver to proper locations with accuracy.
Assist in stocking all incoming materials in proper locations and submit proper paperwork to inventory control coordinator.
Utilize the UPS tracking system.
Correctly status and stock returns from assembly floor and customers.
Assist in investigating and solving inventory problems.
Identify, bag, count, and stock the material in proper locations or assign usage and move to proper area for distribution.
Accurately move parts/material to proper locations.
Read and interpret blueprints.
Read scales and other measuring devices.
Verify that part name and physical part match.
Utilize computer/hand held guns to handle required transactions.
Transcribe part numbers accurately.
Load and unload trucks.
Operate miscellaneous power tools used in construction of skids, boxes and crates used in the shipping of parts and/or machines.
Properly document condition of shipping containers and any other apparent damage to incoming containers prior to loading or unloading.
Ensure that the supervisor/s or coordinator/s has been notified, and that the appropriate actions have been taken prior to unpacking of damaged containers.
Comply with all safety requirements associated with equipment, tools, and company policies and procedures.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Ensure care of equipment and tools assigned to your area.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Forklift Certification
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
6+ months of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Programs and data entry.

Read and analyze assembly and electrical prints/bills of material and order acknowledgment documentation to plan machine-building operations.

The Supply Chain Buyer performs buying duties for assigned commodities in accordance with established policies and procedures and ERP best practices and negotiates and creates moderately complex supplier contracts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Initiate and evaluate quotations, seek, and qualify new sources of supply, negotiate for best overall price, delivery, service, and quality to support the Master Production Schedule and meet customer needs.

Job Description
This role will be 2nd Shift, 2:00pm - 10:00pm, M - F.
Starting hiring rate: $21.58/hr plus $2/hr shift differential
Sort, label, and package finished goods for shipment per customer specifications, quality requirements, and standard practices
Inspect general appearance of finished product
Keep area supplied with necessary packaging materials
Prepare cores for machine operators
Communicate and coordinate necessary information to appropriate shift/department personnel to ensure effective operations
Track multiple orders being packed at one time.
Perform duties to continuously improve quality and productivity
Maintain a clean, safe work area
Perform 5S duties and audits
Assist in equipment maintenance activities as directed

Qualifications

The Material Planning Manager is responsible for analyzing, planning and managing the flow of materials to ensure they are provided according to schedule. The Material Planning Manager develops and implements strategies to keep inventory at a minimum without compromising customer expectations.
Responsibilities
Manages and prepares division inventory relating to records, tracking of materials, changing business activity, quality of materials and stocking levels. Works closely with procurement to ensure reorder processes and timely delivery of materials are in place.
Administers the development and implementation of an aggressive inventory reduction program limiting the Divisions exposure to excess inventory cost. Adjust inventory levels associated with any backlog production.
Analyzes production requirements based on immediate sales orders and short/medium term forecast considering production resources (people, materials, equipment). Works with Division management to determine within single or multi-plant production facilities the most cost efficient utilization of production resources for on time delivery and minimization overall cost.
Develops scheduling to establish sequence and lead times of manufacturing operations. Requires scheduling in weekly, monthly or longer production cycles.

The Painter position is responsible for quality spray painting or powder coating of machine parts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Read and interpret prints, manufacturing orders, and process data sheets.
Paint surfaces of parts using spray painting equipment or powder coating processes and utilizing surface preparation and painting techniques
Prior to painting, clean and prepare part surfaces as specified to be contamination free
Inspect parts prior to paint for needed repair, prepping and cleaning
Mask parts to print for overspray prevention
Hang or set-up parts prior to painting

Operate spray booth, oven, and ventilation system per specific instructions

Implements under the direction of the Value Stream Manager the Parker Lean system and Win Strategy to ensure a safe work environment, drive quality improvements, provide premier customer service, develop a qualified workforce, reduce operating costs, inventories and lead times through continuous improvements. Oversee day-to-day activities to meet daily, monthly, quarterly and annual expectations.
Responsible for developing and leading associates, employment decisions and performance assessments of an assigned plant value stream(s). Responsible for leading all aspects of the plant value stream(s) under the direction of the Value Stream Manager to include: associate development, utilization of team consensus to evaluate decisions, ensure rapid implementation of decisions, budget development and adherence, employment decisions related to associates and performance assessment of Group Leaders and associates.
Responsibilities
The Value Stream Team Leader will meet with the Value Stream associates regularly. Reflecting on problems, solutions and challenges, thereby creating a culture of continuous improvement.
* Leads the plant value stream(s) in daily operations and continuous improvements, which include but are not limited to: supply chain, production control, manufacturing priorities and coordination between all shifts in the value stream. The Value Stream Team Leader will assist the Value Stream Manager to create continuous product flow, utilize pull systems and to level the workload.
* Create the basis for continuous improvement and employee empowerment by ensuring that standardized work and processes are followed, needed adjustments are implemented and the area is compliant with safety and 5S requirements.
* Instill and maintain a positive team atmosphere in the Value Stream(s); hold regular team meetings and assign team member tasks and coordinate support activities form departments outside of the team. Utilize PDCA in conjunction with Tracking Centers and Team Improvement Boards to ensure results.
* Provide effective cross training for Value Stream associates and backups from other value streams to assure the continuous smooth running of the value stream. Encourage team to stop and fix problems in order to get quality right the first time.
* Work with the Value Stream Manager to develop the future state value stream map and manage the plans to achieve it as documented in the Value Steam Tracking Center. In addition, the Team Leader works with the Group Leader and the Value Stream Team to maintain Team Improvement Boards. A visually controlled environment must be developed to assure no problems are hidden.
Qualifications

* 3- 5 years' management or supervisory experience
* Sufficient background in accounting, PC skills, manufacturing, human resource management and inventory control

As a Truck Driver, you will be expected to drive cars or trucks, make deliveries and pickups with minimum supervision and direction. Job Description:
Are you a dynamic project leader ready to take ownership of moderately complex projects from start to finish? As a Project Manager, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding medium-sized projects through every phase-from sales order acknowledgement to final customer acceptance. Working under the mentorship the Project Manager Leader, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact while developing your project management expertise.
What You'll Do
* Partner with project teams and customers to define project scope, goals, risks, and deliverables
* Define roles, required tasks, and resources while collaborating with leaders on resource allocation
* Manage project teams and facilitate MCR project meetings to keep everyone aligned
* Coordinate and lead risk burndown kick-offs with follow-up meetings to ensure proactive issue resolution
* Prepare, schedule, and lead Integrated Planning Sessions (IPS) throughout the project lifecycle, covering team requirements, third-party services, parts, onsite communication plans, safety protocols, service kick-offs, SATs, customer wrap-up meetings, and open issue resolution
* Track and ensure timely completion of all deliverables
* Track, analyze, and regularly report on project budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility
* Oversee timely invoicing per contract terms
* Communicate progress, challenges, and viable solutions to customers on a regular basis
* Oversee post-shipment start-up and Site Acceptance Testing to ensure customer needs are clearly understood and acknowledged
What You Bring
Education & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, OR an associate degree plus three years of OEM experience
* 3-5+ years of project management experience OR experience in process control, documentation practices, and risk analysis
Technical Skills
* Knowledge of accepted best practice project management techniques and tools
* Demonstrated ability to manage projects from initial execution through delivery
* Proficiency in project management software tools such as MS Project and SmartSheet
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft software including Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, SharePoint, Skype, and Teams
* Formal project management training or certification (preferred)
* Ability to travel as the business requires

* 7-10 years of related high speed automation and electrical design experience.
* Proficient in the use of CAD software for electrical design documentation utilizing SolidWorks Electrical, AutoCAD or similar system.
* Demonstrated experience in the design of Stepper motor, Servo, and touch screen controlled capital equipment systems or machinery. Specific experience in the Packaging industry a plus.
* Excellent knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC systems.
* Good organization, communication, analytical and project management skills. Good verbal and written skills utilizing office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Valid drivers license and ability to travel, up to 40%, including internationally
