What You'll Do
Greet clients, vendors, recruits, and other visitors in a courteous and professional manner

Process incoming and outgoing packages/shipping, courier service, faxes, and U.S. mail

Track material costs utilized by our project teams, and generate monthly reports
Create and update articles for and update PowerPoint presentations
Support emergency action plan updates and communications
Answer the main phone and route incoming calls to appropriate personnel.
Support planning and execution of team events and celebrations
Prepare project manuals, binders, and documentation packages
Support the interview process and the onboarding of new professionals
Respond to routine inquiries and provide accurate and organized solutions
Provide project accounting support and reporting

What You'll Bring

* Manage construction projects in the food, beverage, and life science manufacturing sectors in collaboration with our in-house design teams, licensed professional engineers, governing authorities, and subcontractors

* Successful completion of industrial projects with values ranging from $50K to $50M

Role Summary:
The Technical Sales Specialist serves as the primary point of support for regional activity related to Severe Service Ball Valve Sales. * Serve as site safety representative for assigned projects
* Function as liaison between Design Group and client when evaluating safety protocols

What You'll Do

Serve as the financial gatekeeper for project revenues, costs, and margins that flow through to the business' audited financial statements
Provide project finance support, oversight, and analysis to local offices and the region
Ensure appropriate project set-up in compliance with finance department guidelines and GAAP
Review and analyze project forecasts and ensure that revenues and margins are accurately forecasted based on finance department guidelines and GAAP; enter the finalized forecast into the EMS software system
Review and approve monthly project revenue/cost recognition following GAAP
Review and analyze project forecast variances, and present analyses to management
Prepare, review, and issue client invoices; work with clients, project teams, and the A/R department to ensure timely collection on invoices
Analyze project risks and identify opportunities for profitability; make recommendations to the project accounting manager on the appropriate amount of risk or reserve to apply to the project
Issue purchase orders and verify their financial terms and conditions
Track project labor and expenses; advise the project team on any budget variations and make appropriate recommendations
Track and audit travel and expense expenditures to ensure compliance with company policies
Ensure compliance with client agreements, billing policies, and internal financial policies; address any adverse findings
Communicate with the project teams and accounting manager regarding all significant client/project financial matters; participate in monthly project review meetings with the regional accounting manager
Provide support to financial department leadership during month-end close and in the tracking and analysis of business trends, KPIs, and other financial indicators
Provide financial support for new and active proposals; update the proposal software system
Support training of new project accountants and project managers; ensure training complies with established financial processes and policies
Work to improve financial processes and communication across the firm
Participate in the annual external audit
Make an impact day-to-day with your skills and expertise, strengthening that relationship with our clients and team

* Competency with WinCC and WinCC Unified for HMI/SCADA development
* Proficiency with Siemens PROFINET and PROFIBUS networking protocols
* Experience with Siemens drives, motion control systems, and SIMATIC safety systems
* Substantial experience with process instrumentation, industrial networking, Siemens PLC/SCADA architectures, and integration with process systems.
* Demonstrated history of leading teams in the successful delivery of Siemens-based automation projects.
* Outstanding communication skills with the ability to inspire teams, engage with clients at executive and plant levels, and convey complex technical information clearly to all audiences.
* Experience with proposal development, project estimation, and scope definition for Siemens controls projects.
* Aptitude for troubleshooting, creative problem solving, and delivering innovative technical solutions in demanding environments.
* Recognition as a technical leader or subject matter expert in professional or industry settings; participation in practice groups, conferences, or standards committees is a plus.
* Willingness to travel as required for project and client needs, including installations, startup support, strategic meetings, training, and industry events.
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering (Master's and/or Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred).
