The Behavior Class Aide will work closely with clients, their families, and other professionals to implement individualized treatment plans and promote positive behavioral changes.
Duties
Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Conduct patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify individual needs and goals.
Provide direct care and support to clients, focusing on enhancing their social skills, communication, and daily living activities.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistency in behavior management strategies across different environments.

Under the direction of the Associate Dean/Athletic Director - Kinesiology, the Assistant Coach for Cross Country will perform the following: * Assist in the planning and execution of the cross country program at Barstow Community College. * Recruit competitive players.
* Plan and direct conditioning, training, practice and athletic performance of student/athlete team members.
* Maintain team statistics and records.
* Develop and maintain a close relationship with local high school coaches.
* Provide compliance with college rules and policies, the Commission on Athletics as well as other applicable regulatory agencies.
* Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
* Must have either an Associate's Degree and six years coaching experience; OR a Bachelor's degree and two years experience;
* Must demonstrate a sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds of community college students.
All course work and degrees must be from a regionally accredited college or university.
