What It Takes Legal age to serve alcohol in your state (18 or 21 depending on location). State-required alcohol service certification (Responsible Vendor, TABC, SafeStaff, or equivalent). Friendly, outgoing, and love working with people. Basic knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits (bonus points if you know cocktail trends). Can hustle-stand, move, and stay on your feet for long shifts.
