Observe guests while making rounds on the Casino floor to determine that guests are satisfied, to respond to additional service requirements and ensure patron has no other immediate needs. Complete all orders promptly so that guests in all casino venues receive world-class drinks service. Record all sales and "comps" by entering exact amounts into the point of sales terminal/cash register; total bills and accept payment from guests in a timely fashion in order to provide an accurate accounting of business. Respond to guests' questions, using the Quick Reference Guide, providing information about casino gaming promotions, special and other events and/or programs in order to assist guests, advertise marketing campaigns and encourage guest attendance and participation.
