This is a part-time, seasonal position. JOB DUTIES Greets guests in a friendly and courteous manner as they approach the bar. Takes orders for food and beverages, explaining menu items and drinks as needed. Receives drink orders from servers. Responds quickly to guests' requests and follows-up to ensure satisfaction. Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes, ensuring proper portioning of products to control costs and provide consistency. Pours and serves nonalcoholic beverages such as soda and water. Rings up tickets using Micros point of sale system. Sets up bar at the beginning of shift and maintains a clean and organized work area throughout shift. Monitors guest behavior and alcohol consumption to determine when alcohol service should cease. Requisitions liquors and supplies. Verifies liquor, beer and wine inventory. Completes requisition sheets and stores stock. Obtains, counts, and secures bar bank, following proper money handling procedures. The position starts 15-19 per hour plus tips depending on experience. You will help to open and close the bar, as well as other essential tasks to keep the bar running smoothly, like restocking and prepping garnishes. Your goal is to ensure patrons have an excellent experience at our bar and want to return again and again. If youre friendly, hard-working, and interested in getting your foot in the door in the hospitality industry, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: Keep tables, counters, bars, and other surfaces clean and wiped down Restock supplies as needed Bus tables Prepare cocktail garnishes and other ingredients necessary for making drinks Replace beer kegs and empty liquor bottles Take out the trash Assist bartenders as requested Qualifications: High school diploma/GED Mixology or hospitality certification is preferred but not required Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bar menu items preferred Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages Team player who works well in a fast-paced environment Able to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects Able to work nights and weekends

TGI FRIDAYS // Store 2598 Role Purpose Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to Guests of bar and service bar following standard recipes and the company's alcoholic beverage policies; merchandises drinks; and is attentive to Guests, making them feel welcome, at all times. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities ID all Guests ordering alcoholic beverages who appear to be 40 years old or younger.
