    The Princess Anne Country Club is currently seeking Bartenders to work the Upscale Casual Dining area of the club. Their responsibilities include verifying age requirements, knowing alcohol pairing and tastes, knowing how to make traditional and creative drinks, processing payments, managing inventory and cleaning bar supplies. This position is responsible for providing food and beverage service to club members and their guests as well as the setting up and breakdown of service and special events. Our beautiful, 105 acre property features an 18-hole golf course, driving range, 11 tennis courts, two pickleball courts, fitness center, casual restaurant, aquatics complex and full-service clubhouse that includes two dining rooms, five event spaces, lounges/locker rooms for ladies and gentlemen, Kids Club 3800 babysitting and The Reef youth lounge. We value continuing education, cross-training and promoting from within. Cross-training may be available to become a server, bartender, fitness attendant, tennis attendant, babysitter, camp counselor, cook, housekeeper and more! Job Duties and Responsibilities: Stock bottles, beverages, ice and supplies needed during service Wash and restock barware/glasses Remove dirty dishes, glasses and silverware, place in respective trays Prepare bar for service - wipe clean, refill all condiments and supplies at the end of each shift Fill condiment containers, ice, other bar/table supplies Perform opening and closing work as requested Safely use appropriate cleaning compounds and chemicals Skills Required: Provide high level customer service, communicate effectively with guests and team members, follow instructions, ability to learn quickly, pay attention to detail, and maintain composure when working under pressure Experience / Education: Previous experience and TIPS certification preferred Physical Demands This is a very physically demanding job that requires extended periods of walking, standing, bending, lifting, twisting and kneeling.
