Compensation: A base wage of $20.76 per hour. This is a tipped position. We operate a tip-pool with daily tips being allocated based on hours worked and distributed with our biweekly payroll. While we cannot guarantee how much you will earn in tips, you can expect $8-$14 per hour based on recent weeks. Work is sometimes performed around potentially hazardous equipment including countertop ovens, deli slicers, and espresso machines.
