Job Description Barback Department: Operations Reports to: Food Service Director FLSA Designation: Part Time, Non-Exempt The Bar Back supports the concession and bar areas before and during events. They work collaboratively with event personnel to provide exceptional customer service to our patrons. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Provide excellent customer service.
