As a Bar Back at Calusso, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation and exceptional service standards of our upscale establishment. Responsibilities
Assisting in inventory management by restocking bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and other essential items.
Preparing the bar area before service, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and readiness. Assist in setting up the bar station, including arranging bottles, glasses, and utensils. Help with breakdown and cleanup at the end of the shift.
Supporting bartenders during peak hours by fetching and carrying items, such as ingredients, ice, and glassware. Maintain a clean and tidy workspace to facilitate efficient service.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
Must be TIPS certified or become certified within 30 days of hire.
Must have a current Food Handlers card.
Prior experience in a bar or hospitality setting is preferred, but not required. Willingness to learn and adapt is essential.

* If hired in a 24 hour outlet position, the Model Bartender must be available to work all shifts; to include Day, Swing and Grave shift.
