A hospitality and food service professional comes to work on time in the proper uniform, both clean and pressed, with all necessary tools needed to perform their job. In addition to preparing quality beverages to guests directly at the bar and indirectly for table service, bartenders are responsible for cultivating an exceptional experience from the moment the guest arrives.
