Bus glassware and dirty plates on top of and around the bar area Maintain cleanliness inside and outside of the bar, around the bar, and bar stools. Wash glassware and restock as needed. Help bartender maintain service well. Present a professional appearance. Run bus tubs back to the kitchen and replace them with new ones.
