Mixologists play an essential role in delivering the superior guest service that is central to the mission of Eddie Merlot's. Based on extensive knowledge of beverage and menu options, mixologists prepare and serve beverages for the lounge and the dining room in accordance with established recipes and presentation guidelines. In addition, mixologists present checks, maintain their station in a clean and orderly manner, and follow all sanitation, food handling, and liquor regulations.
