Barback Job Duties:
Ensure bar supplies are stocked and available as back up
Assist in restocking bar supplies including beverages and garnishes
Change kegs as necessary
Clean and pick up empty glasses/bottles from tables and surrounding areas
Wipe down tables and bar tops
Re-stock garnishes and mixes
Ensure glassware is clean and available
Re-stock ice when needed
Run food items to the bar as needed
Empty trash in and around the bar area
Maintain clean rags in each bartender's station
