COMPENSATION Depends upon Skills and Experience RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain complete knowledge of the restaurant features, beverages/cocktails /wines/etc. cuisine, general information Maintain knowledge of the restaurant standard, policies and procedures Cleaning and Maintaining the Dispense Bar area at all time Set up and break down of the bar/dispense area Prepare Hot beverages for guests in the Nobu style Assisting the bar and FOH staff with any other bar/beverage needs QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 1+ Year Experience in bar, restaurant or a fast-paced hospitality setting Excellent communication skills both written and oral Exceptional organizational and time management skills Basic Food and Beverage knowledge, consistent and concise guest relations Must have knowledge of coffee, tea, sake, wine and champagne Abilities to constantly stand/walk, occasional stooping, kneeling or crawling while occasional pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying up to 20 lbs BENEFITS 401K Insurance Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability
