Manage the bar during each shift as though it were your own business. Maintain a clean and organized bar top, storage areas, and service bar station. Adhere to a responsible beverage service requirements. Verify all Customers that purchase alcohol are at least 21 years of age. Answer the telephone in a friendly, upbeat manner and with a smile on your face. Take and manage all To Go orders. Adhere to cash handling policies. Perform secondary responsibilities. Assist Servers by running drinks to their tables. Help the Host by encouraging Customers to come sit in the bar.
