Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth and seamless food and beverage service. Assist in the setup and breakdown of operations for tournaments, banquets, and special events. Adhere to all local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding the service of alcohol. Professionally handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Prior bartending experience preferred, particularly in hospitality, club, or golf course settings. Extensive knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, cocktails, and beverage preparation techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to customer service. Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Minimum age of 21 years (or state-mandated age for alcohol service). Strong math skills and ability to manage cash-handling processes with accuracy. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
