The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic beverages and other beverages, and serving food to customers in an efficient and pleasant manner, according to 25th Lane standards. Practices suggestive up-selling techniques that highlight existing, new or improved beverage menu offerings. Manages alcoholic beverages and supplies as necessary. Verifies the quality and accuracy of deliveries. Adheres to all state and local laws, and 25th Lane regulations as it relates to the service of food, and beverage products. Readily assists colleagues with miscellaneous duties to prevent delays in the customer service experience. Addresses and resolves customer complaints. Proactively ensures, and maintains a clean and safe environment at all times. Must become TABC certified within 14 days of employment and complete an approved food safety program within 30 days of employment.
