Execute programs to lead to increased sales and profitability. Understand all menu items and effectively upsell to guests. Ensure safety by keeping areas free from hazards, addressing and correcting any practices that lower safety standards. Avoid over-serving alcohol and check the ID of every patron to prevent serving minors. Handle guest complaints and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure. Obtain TIPS Certification. Qualifications: Friendly, upbeat attitude. Ability to perform each essential duty successfully. Bar experience preferred, but not required. Ability and willingness to learn all stations on the line. Ability to follow drink recipes and maintain accurate pour sizes. Ability to keep calm under pressure and handle guest complaints. TIPS Certification. Computer skills to operate the POS system.
