Manage the bar during each shift as though it were your own business.
Maintain a clean and organized bar top, storage areas, and service bar station.
Adhere to a responsible beverage service requirements.
Verify all Customers that purchase alcohol are at least 21 years of age.
Answer the telephone in a friendly, upbeat manner and with a smile on your face.
Take and manage all To Go orders.
Adhere to cash handling policies.
Perform secondary responsibilities.
Assist Servers by running drinks to their tables.
Help the Host by encouraging Customers to come sit in the bar.
Assist other Bartenders by stocking glassware, ice, garnishes, etc.

Required Skills

The Stride Bank Center is owned by City of Enid and professionally managed by Oakview Group. The Stride Bank Center is a 5,000 seat arena opened in June 2013. The complex consists of the arena and convention space made up of multiple ballrooms to fit meetings, conferences, weddings and banquets of any size. Responsibilities
Must demonstrate ability to meet the company standard for excellent in the areas of guest service, interaction with co-workers and uniform standards.
Follow the bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described.
Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures for serving alcoholic drinks including state/federal regulations pertaining to the distribution of alcohol.
Responsible to learn or have knowledge of various beer, wine varieties & spirits available, and be able to learn to suggestively upsell products to guests.
Must pour drinks responsibly in accordance with State of Oklamoma and company standards for serving size.

Must communicate a cut-off to a guest as required.
Listening and responding to any customer requests or concerns.
