As a Bartender at The Tavern Grill, you'll be the heart of our beverage service, crafting an array of drinks from classic cocktails to innovative creations. You will be responsible for maintaining a well-organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards, and providing friendly and efficient service.
Responsibilities
* Check identification to verify legal drinking age
* Craft a variety of beverages, including classic cocktails and original creations.
* Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
* Adhere to health and safety standards in beverage preparation.
* Provide friendly, efficient service to guests.
* Demonstrate extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, and wines.
* Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience.
* Manage inventory and restock bar supplies.
* Process guest payments and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
* Collaborate with other staff members for seamless service delivery.
* Stay updated on current trends in beverages and mixology.
Requirements
* Minimum of 6-12 months experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
* Dedication to delivering exceptional guest service
* Ability to thrive in a teamwork-focused environment
* Flexible schedule availability (minimum of 3 shifts per week, including weekends)
* Previous bartending experience is required
* Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
