Hourly Staff Schedule Requirements All staff are kindly asked to understand that the property operation is 24 hours a day 7 days a week, inclusive of all holidays. Take accurate food and drink orders from guests and enter them into the POS system. Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. Serve food and drinks to guests in a prompt and courteous manner. Check guest satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests. Prepare and deliver the check to guests, process payments, and provide accurate change. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting up tables and refilling condiments. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant. Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations. Requirements: Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and delivering. Knowledge of food and beverage menus and ingredients. Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a POS system. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
