Requirements Required Skills/Abilities: Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system. Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks. Working knowledge of the proper operation of all bar equipment. Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations. Working knowledge of dining and beverage service procedures. Working knowledge of standard cash handling procedures. Current State Food Handler's License and OLCC certification required. Be a team player. Be flexible with duties and responsibilities. Humility, patience, and resilience. Experience: At least 3-5 years of related experience. Extensive knowledge of drink preparation or service. Excellent interpersonal skills and focus on serving customers. Ability to learn cash register software used by pub. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
