Job Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service while serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food items in a timely manner
Create new cocktail recipes with a forward-thinking approach for guests and members in a professional, courteous, and timely manner, all while providing outstanding service.

Qualifications

PURPOSE

Qualifications Experience:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Minimum 1 year of experience in quick service, fast casual, retail, hospitality, or customer service.
Experience in shift leadership or training preferred but not required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
· Strong communication skills and a positive, guest-focused attitude.
· Ability to lead peers confidently and respectfully.
· Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently when needed.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Job Responsibilities
Create an exceptional dining experience for our members and guests by providing excellent customer service, anticipating their needs and serving them in a professional and efficient manner.
Provide guests and members with up-to-date knowledge of any specials, events, or promotions happening in the outlet and/or resort
Present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service.
Responsible to accurately take all orders and place them using the point-of-sale system.
Relay orders to kitchen and serve courses from kitchen and service bars accordingly.
Garnish and decorate dishes as needed prior to serving.
Display knowledge of wine, beer and spirits.
Observes all guests and members throughout the service and ensure satisfaction. Respond to any additional requests and determine when meal has been completed.
Present checks with script and posts charges to member/guest account accordingly.
Daily checklists of duties and monitor linen supplies.
Perform a wide range of functions to ensure efficiency of the department
Adhere to Reunion Resort and Golf Club company procedures and policies
Ensure tables are cleared and reset in a timely manner
Conduct opening and closing procedures by ensuring all procedures are being followed
Completing any other task/duties assigned
Qualifications
Position requires flexibility in scheduling including AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
Must have attention to detail, strong ability to multi-task, and time-management skills
Restaurant server experience of at least 1 year is required. Private/Club operations experience is preferred.
Proficiency with POS systems is required.
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time. Must be able to complete repetitive motions throughout shift such as reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, etc.
Must have or be able to obtain a ServSafe certification within 30 days of employment
Must be able to lift, push, carry, and pull at least 50lbs.
