Receives and prepares beverage orders, including mixing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard beverage recipes. Maintains the cleanliness of the bar area and equipment. Essential Job Functions: Greet and serve guests in a friendly courteous manner; Receive and prepare beverage orders from food servers, cocktail servers; Know what brands of liquor, beer and wine we offer as “comped” beverages; Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to memorized standard beverage recipes; Maintain cleanliness of bar area by removing used glasses, napkins, emptying ashtrays and wiping bar top; Maintain and replenish ice supply; Operate cash register, complete transactions according to procedures, and maintain accurate bank; Never serve two drinks at the same time to one person - never a beer and a shot; Be aware of intoxicated guests; stay up-to-date on care training; Other reasonable duties as assigned EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School/GED preferred 6 months related experience minimum.
