Lock up and store all beverage, food and other equipment items; deposit cash drops and secure bank. Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis. Perform any other job-related duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications One to three years' experience as bartender, preferably prior experience as a supervisor. One year of high volume beverage service and customer service experience in the hospitality industry preferred. Thorough knowledge of liquor brands, liquor laws, and ability to communicate effectively with guest and department heads. Abilities Required Must have the ability to communicate in English. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
