Cocktail Server Responsible for serving cocktails and beverages to players in the casino and/or hotel. Provide excellent customer service. Bus glasses and, generally, maintain cleanliness of assigned sections. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in the casino in a timely manner. Exhibit a friendly, helpful and courteous and professional manner when dealing with guests. Restrict service to overly intoxicated guests, and request identification when legal age is in question. Bus glasses and generally maintain assigned section as necessary. Maintain stock and cleanliness of cocktail service station. Cash transactions with guests, operating adopted register system.
