Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours in length. Must be able to exert well-paced ability to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously. Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis. May be required to lift trays of food or food items weighing up to 30 lbs. occasionally. Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity. Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests and employees. Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment. Stock all juices, liquor, beer, wine, glassware, and ice ensuring sufficient supplies for the shift Prepare, cut, and stock all fruit and garnishes for drinks Complete prep for bar recipes including juicing and batching according to the provided recipes Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar including sweeping the floor, taking out trash bins, and overall appearance of the bar areas Properly wash and sanitize all glassware Work with management, bartenders, servers, hosts, food runners, and bussers to create a seamless and memorable dining experience for our gusts Work with a purpose; continually fill waters, pre bus, reset/wipe down bar top, complete side work, help fellow employees, and complete additional assigned tasks to provide a productive and positive work environment Attend educational/developmental sessions as required
