Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Deliver exceptional service to guests, ensuring a fun and enjoyable experience
Maintain extensive knowledge of our food and beverage offerings. Present menus, answer questions about menu items and alcohol offerings, make recommendations, and use upselling techniques
Use point-of-sale terminals to enter orders and process payments accurately
Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner
Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure bar is well-stocked
Ensure the bar, golf simulators, and surrounding areas are clean and guest-ready
Create fresh and new ideas for specials, cocktails, and promotions.
Take pride in ensuring guests' enjoyment by actively checking in with guests at the bar and in assigned simulators during their visit to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all of our technology, additional products, and promotions
Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling, alcohol service, and cleanliness
Verify guests' legal drinking age
Assist with closing duties as needed
Required Qualifications:
Server, bar, and/or hospitality experience encouraged but NOT required.

Position Summary
The Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional guest service through the preparation and service of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, in accordance with Warwick standards. This position requires strong mixology knowledge, professionalism, and the ability to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming bar environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Greet guests promptly and courteously, providing an engaging and professional service experience.
Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain complete knowledge of all menus, promotions, and daily specials.
Ensure compliance with all liquor laws and responsible alcohol service policies.
Set up and break down the bar at the beginning and end of each shift.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license.
Hold and maintain a valid WA State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit required.
Alcohol Service Permit Class 12 required.
1 (one) year experience in bartending required.
Bartending School or equivalent training preferred.
HOW YOU'LL BE SUCCESSFUL
Knowledge and skill in mixology, beer, and wines, as well as alcohol safety awareness.
Knowledge of P.O.S. systems.
Knowledge of BERG liquor dispensing system.
Knowledge of health & safety standards, and safety regulations as required.
Skilled in basic math.
Ability to demonstrate excellent guest service and communication skills.
Ability to interact with guests, co-workers, management, and vendors in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse, write and read English fluently.
Ability to maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance.
Must be 21 years or older.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Availability - Ability to work different shifts, holidays, weekends, and nights to support a 24/7 operation.
Physical - Ability to maneuver in all areas of casino, ascent/descent from stairs, frequent standing, walking, sitting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching, and/or prolonged periods of time focusing on tasks. Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. May regularly need to lift/ move, push or pull up material or boxes necessary to the job function, with or without assistance.
Environment - Exposure to environmental tobacco smoke (ETS) while working and traversing on the gaming floor.
